The DeWalt power tools I have used have been with me for a long time now. This is the first time I’ve said anything bad about these tools. First of all, attaching the battery to the drill is a bad idea. Both of the batteries that came with this package didn’t work well with the drill that came with it. As the drill moves, the battery shakes a little bit. It costs close to $300, so you’d expect the tool to be a lot more durable. The drill itself looks like a good tool. The main problem is that the battery isn’t safe. Afterwards, I spoke with customer service at Amazon and they are going to send me a new drill. You can send back the new drill if it still doesn’t work right. I’ll look for something else. If someone at DeWalt reads this, I really hope they fix this.
