Hi,. I’m hoping that someone in this subreddit might be able to offer some advice on cutting aluminum. Any advice on what tool and cutting disc would be best suited for making a square cut to aluminum would be most appreciated. This easily cut through the aluminum but the disc was too small to do one complete cut and I ended up having to cut both sides to completely cut through the metal.

You could run a pipe cutter around the ends but I don’t know if it could be set to cut exactly the same lengths, cutting to right depth and not damage the fitting inside I don’t think would be a major problem.
