How to make use o.

Always remember to wear eye, nose, and mouth protection when working with chemicals. Install the polishing pad on the rubber backer pad after it has been adhered to it with tape. Never use a high-speed grinder at a speed greater than the rated RPM.

You can start with grit 50 if the stone surface has been severely damaged, and then check that the entire polished stone surface has the same level of smoothness before moving on to the next grit. If this is the case, continue polishing with the same grit. Don’t forget to include any grit in between. Starting at grit 800, the majority of the stone will be shiny. If there are still scratches visible after using grits 800 and 1500, this indicates that step 3 was not followed correctly in the lower grits.

Concerning Mura.

Murat has been in the business for ten years. Our primary products include a wide range of specification diamond saw blades, flexible polishing pads, and diamond grinding wheels, among other things. Our tools are widely used by stonemasons, marble fitters, concrete cutters, bricklayers, and other tradespeople. At the moment, our products are primarily exported to the United States, Canada, Germany, Italy, Australia, and other countries. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products at the most competitive prices.

These diamond grit 4 inch pads are suitable for use on both stone and concrete, which is something I enjoy doing as a hobby. These will work dry, but the results are better if they are used wet, with a small amount of water to flush out any grinding waste. It is also safer to be wet in order to avoid inhaling stone or concrete dust. The water acts as a lubricant, which improves tool control as well as the overall performance. In addition, there is a nice 4 inch 5/8″x11 arbor rubber flexible backer (hook/loop = Velcro type) included in the package. I did notice that these have a small center hole that has been prepunched. Some rotary tools may necessitate such a step.

This set has clear grit markings with diamond grits, and there are two of each of the following: 50, 100, and 200; and one of each of the following: 400, 800, 1500, and 3000. It is necessary to use double coarse grit discs because they wear out the quickest and help to level the stone. When I use the fine 3000 grit, I will not get a “polish,” but rather a good surface that can be further finished if I so desire.

I did notice that there are no maximum RPMs specified on the discs or in the listing – this is a significant oversight that the seller should address immediately. I would trust them at 5000 RPMs because they are small and lightweight, but a mention of maximum RPMs is standard information for rotating tools, and these do not include that information. Other brands of this size state that the maximum RPMs are 5000. Unless they are cordless variable speed models, the majority of angle grinders have a 13000 RPM maximum. Maintain safety by using the proper tool and not exceeding 5000 RPMs. The best angle grinder for this job is a variable speed 4 1/2″ angle grinder like the one shown in P.3.

The joined cells on the resin grit side of the pads, which accommodate flexion and use on a curved surface better than discrete separated grit segments, are my favorite feature of the pads. This is an excellent set at an even better price.

When working with high-speed rotating tools, a FACE SHIELD is a must-have piece of safety equipment. Debris or wheel damage can fling particles into the air, resulting in serious injury or death. BE SAFE – Protect your face with a face shield. A respirator is recommended if the product is used dry (which is not recommended) to prevent silicosis lung damage.
