It’s better to use a variable speed jig saw to cut curved molding than to use your hands to do it, and it’s easier.

Easy to use after you set up the work piece the right way. It gave me the confidence to deal with the miter cut, so I could. After a while, I was amazed at how close I could get to the miter cut. I used metal files to finish the cope. To do this, you must set the work piece up the right way. I put the work piece on a metal sawhorse that was set on a concrete floor at first. It made the whole thing shake when I was cutting the cope. Then I put a piece of 2×4 on the floor and a cinderblock on top of that. Horse: I tied a rope to the top of the block. Then I took down the 2×4 at the bottom. This time, I had a lot of weight to keep the vibrations from shaking the work piece.
