The first one had a crooked clasp. Almost all of the parts had a wobble that was about 1/8 inch long. Easy and quick: You can return your package by UPS.
The second one’s collar didn’t hold well enough, so bits fell out. It didn’t matter how high the torque setting was. Bits didn’t drill into pine.
The second one has been opened before, which can be seen by the open straps and the loose second battery.
My trust in both the product and the seller has been shaken, so I won’t ask for a new one.
