As a result of the additional weight, I was hesitant to purchase a cordless jigsaw. However, I intend to use mine with scroll blades for fine cuts. When it comes to weight, this saw is not too bad. I really like the led light. When you can see your cuts, it makes cutting so much easier!.
I was able to maneuver it without exerting too much extra effort on my part. The blade does not appear to be as stable in this saw, which is my primary concern. It needs to be more securely fastened, in my opinion. The sawdust that accumulated on my work was another source of concern. It didn’t seem to be able to pull it away as effectively as I am accustomed to. Given that I’ve only made one cut, it’s possible that some of this is due to user error. If I discover that I made a mistake, I’ll come back and correct it:).
