So, a little background on how I feel about this.

Because I’ve recently sold most of my tools, I’m starting to think I made a big mistake.

In the fall, I bought some outdoor tools like the V20 weed eater. I was so impressed with the batteries and their quality that I wanted to get rid of all of my 18/20v tools and only use Craftsman tools. Mostly, I have. Some tools I don’t have yet, but this V20 Reciprocating Saw (CMCS300B) has been a real pain. It has opened my eyes to the people who say that Craftsman doesn’t cover anything anymore, and I now know what they mean. I started using it to rip up some pallets and to my surprise the thing started smoking and died. (Watch the video. In the back, I called the phone. I got Krystal on the other end.

If you look at the case number, it’s 11301822. So that’s the first issue and the fact that this thing bout caught fire and she could care less. Also, Amazon isn’t taking calls right now because of Covid19, so I thought I was out of luck. I was wrong. But I found a chat bot in the app to help me do a replacement and I be darn-napit it did the same thing .

But a bigger issue is CRAFTSMAN if you all are not standing behind your warranty I’m gonna have to return all my tools.

I went so crazy for Craftsman that I even got a coffee cup out of it. Please, Craftsman, or SBD, do better next time.
