In order to facilitate pressing and forming, the Dake F-10 manual utility hydraulic floor press employs a single-speed hydraulic handpump that lowers the ram with up to 10 tons of force, which can be adjusted. The H-frame is made of channel iron, and the hoist raises and lowers the table height to allow for proper positioning of large and bulky items. The workhead can be adjusted for off-center pressing because it is movable. The hydraulic cylinder and pump handle can be mounted on either side of the press, allowing for the most efficient use of space and comfort. The release valve is turned to allow the hydraulic pressure to be released, which causes the ram to return after the downstroke. If the valve is closed at any point during the ram return, the ram will come to a complete stop.
Both a flat nose piece for use in standard pressing operations and a step-reduced nose piece for use in supporting, positioning, or fitting into pieces when pressing are included with the press. During the pressing process, the two table plates provide support. For pressure readings, the press is equipped with a gauge with a 2-1/2″ diameter display. The base has four 7/16″-diameter holes for mounting to the floor. The hardware for mounting is not included. Hydraulic oil is not included in the price. Some assembly is required for the press.

Excellent quality, well-packaged, and with a comprehensive manual. This is a winner; it comes together quickly and neatly, and everything is well-finished and tightly constructed. The paint used is an industrial epoxy, and the ram and hydraulic unit are both extremely powerful and durable. When working on jobs that are difficult to center, a good design allows you to slide the ram around. Rather than using wheels, I mounted mine on casters, and holes were pre-drilled in the base for bolting to the ground or for wheels (or levelers). The gauge is filled with liquid and has an accurate reading.
Nice for long parts; I have some pieces that are 40 inches long, and this design makes it simple to fit them in place. When it comes to length, most other presses aren’t equipped with this kind of capacity.
Pressure builds very slowly and smoothly in a hydraulic system, and it is extremely easy to control. Because the ram is spring-loaded, there is no need to waste time pushing it back into position. When you release the pressure, it simply snaps back into place. Furthermore, the pressure relief valve has a very nice, solid handle, which eliminates the need to fiddle with wrenches and keys. Because the handle is screwed into the pump, there is no fiddling with the bar.
When compared to my previous press, which I purchased on Amazon three years ago, this one is approximately ten times better while only being twice as expensive. Even shipping was a breeze; there was excellent communication and the package was delivered to a residential address without incident.
Aside from an 80-ton electric press I used at a shop once that was probably worth $20,000, this is the best press I’ve ever used in my professional career. When other bottle jacks are attempting to control movement, they press suck. With the gauge on this press, you can predict movement with ease, and the hydraulic pressure is applied precisely as required.
