In June, I bought this to replace a Sears Craftsman model that broke after more than 30 years, so I bought this instead. I was finally able to use it and the 3/8-inch drill today “A piece was cut off (see photo). I was trying to remove the wheel lugs by hand when it just fell apart at the last second. It’s hard to believe I was able to lift 2000 in-lbs (about 166 ft-lbs) by hand with only a 14-inch rope “broken tool can stay on the ground (which I did). I thought the “impact” rating would make this more solid, but it doesn’t seem to have made it any better, at least not so far. I gave it two stars just in case I came close to the torque limit it says it has.
