In the last two weeks, I’ve tried to get in touch with your company, but no one has answered. I have a 5 amp hr battery that I bought on October 30th. One of the batteries was completely dead when I got it. Charger does not light up with its lights on. Doesn’t make the lights on the back of the battery come on at all. In the past I have asked you to send me another battery because everything else works. So, I don’t want to return all of this to you. It will just make things more difficult for you. Please help me!
