A lot of different versions of this made me happy enough to buy one, but this version (DWS779) falls short enough to make me unhappy. To adjust the height and length of the wing supports, the cheap star nobs are used. They’re not easy to reach, and they aren’t in a place where they can be found quickly. To put it another way, the extendable beams themselves are very cheaply made. They’re also placed in a way that doesn’t make aligning with the saw very easy. The stop bar is hand-made, so it only works on one side.
