I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day, and he was very happy. The weekend comes around, and he starts a general project and pulls out the new nailer he just bought. Awful: He never fired a nail. A nail won’t even be fired. It doesn’t work when you pull the trigger. A few hours of troubleshooting, youtube, message boards, and forums, as well as a lot of time spent on the phone, led us to give up and send it back. The DeWalt help line isn’t even open on the weekends. This is a bad thing. Buy this early and hide it for a few weeks. The return window was closed on Father’s Day. Now I’m stuck with a $155 door stop.
