It was because of the good reviews and I thought it would be great to have a Dewalt saw that I didn’t have to make any changes to. I bought this saw. Was I right. A lot of Dewalt saws I’ve owned have had to be set up first before I could use them. On this saw, the auxiliary fence is not level with the saw surface, which has been a problem with all of my Dewalt saws in the past. Is the blade square when it is set to 0 degrees or 90 degrees? No, not when it’s set to 45 degrees. How do I decide whether to adjust the saw or return it and try out a different brand?
