The bracket that holds the sensor to the harp is extremely long and made of extremely thin metal. It flexes quite a bit. Measurements taken when moving the drum down to a specific measurement compared to measurements taken when moving the drum up to a specific measurement are more than.25″ off.
Worthless.
I was able to glue a block behind the bracket at the harp’s edge, which I was pleased with. Although it is now rock solid, I should not have to modify the part in order for it to function properly. Clearly, this was a last-minute decision made with little or no consideration for the consequences.
