My Dremel 8220 needs this.

Does what it says. Having this helps you hold your Dremel in a different way, which helps with small jobs.

When I put the one I bought in, there is a space between the body of the Dremel and the grip. Because of this gap, the grip bends at the ring and there is a little springiness to it. Is this something that was planned. No, it doesn’t help with vibration or anything. I don’t know. I’m probably going to have to call Dremel to ask them about it.

I think this thing is way overpriced after I found all of its flaws. It’s even worse because I can’t use my EZ-twist cap. With the price, you’d think this nose cap would have the same thing as well. It doesn’t even have the rubber coating that the EZ-twist has.

I don’t think this is good. As long as it does the job, it’s not very good at it. It doesn’t let you easily twist the cap off. There is a “QWORK” brand clone that costs less than the real thing. As long as you must have a grip like this, I think I’d go with that one, too. Dremel didn’t put much thought into this, and they don’t deserve much money for it.
