It can only be used up to 45 PSIG at a time.
It is used on a Dynafile II to sand turbine blades on the nozzle of an air nozzle, like this. Good for getting into the small space. Watch out for the fact that the roller is very small, so it turns very quickly. In this case, the sander spins at about 25,000 rpm. The roller that drives the sander is about 1 inch wide. The roller on this is 1/4″ wide, and it turns about 100,000 rpm and gets hot very quickly. I sand for about 15 seconds, then I stop to measure the blade and do some math. To cool down the small roller, I also blow some air on it for a few seconds. I also use a high-quality oil to lubricate it all the time.
