These consume a lot of compressed air per minute, but they perform far better than any electric sander I have ever used. The dust collection is excellent, and no additional equipment is required other than a shopvac. A PSA pad is included, but you can also purchase the hook and loop fasteners separately on Amazon. I’ve been using Sioux for many years, but they’re becoming increasingly difficult to find. This is at least as good as the previous one. If I need to get into a tight corner, I’ll use one of my Festool, Bosch, or Porter Cable sanders, which are all currently sitting on the shelf.
