There were so many things I didn’t like about the DeWalt 611. It didn’t work well with my cnc router at all. The speed controller on my 3 project started to make a lot of noise, and things started to get worse from there. For half the price, this thing is better in every way. It also comes with a spare set of brushes and a 1/4″ to 3/8″ collet. I think this one has more power because I’ve used both of them, and it’s much quieter. I’ve already done more work with this one than I have with the DeWalt tool so far. When the time comes, I’ll be another.
