I am a person who installs replacement goods (windows, doors, etc). Every day, we use the Fein multimaster tool for 4 to 6 hours, and we do it every day. We used one for a long time. I have broken two of these in the last four years. A lot of the time, I can get a few years of use out of one. This is great, because we have tried other products that only last a few months under the same abuse. It’s no longer worth it to use the Dewalt version or the Rockwell (not recommended for professional use). My crew chief said that the biggest difference is that the Fein has a lot more RPMs. It’s just faster and more powerful in our opinion, as far as we know. When you’re cutting out old window frames made of heart pine, you don’t need a cheap multitool. People who work out only on the weekends don’t need this huge machine, but if you work out every day, stop reading this review and buy one.
