Buy Drilling Dust Nozzle Festool 500483 BHC

Use the Festool CT Vac to clean up and help keep harmful dust out of the air.

On the side, there’s a metric scale that you can use to make rough measurements or figure out the drill depth.

Can be used with the standard 27mm hose that comes with CT Dust Extractors.

A lot of dust can be made when you drill into concrete. This dust can fall on the ground as well as get into the air. With a CT Dust Extractor, the nozzle is held to the surface and helps to get rid of dust as it happens. Use with the BHC 18 or PDC 18 drills. Dual-chamber design: Suction from a CT Dust Extractor is used to provide suction to the surface or wall as well as to remove the dust. A steel bushing can hold drill bits with a diameter of up to 12mm. When you put foam rubber padding on, it protects and sticks to uneven surfaces. Hose receivers can be turned so that the hose can be moved where it needs to be.

Exactly what it says it will do. It will hold on to whatever you’re drilling, even if it’s made of rough concrete. It picks up almost all of the dust. If you drill all the way through something, some of it will come out on the other end. It’s very likely that the other side is inside a wall cavity, so who cares about it.

If you have Festool D27 hoses, this adapter will work with them. I think the angle adapter shown on it in the product picture will work with other types of hoses, too. It can also be used with the popular Bosch 27mm dust hose, even though the dimensions are a little different and it’s a little tighter than the Festool’s dust hose.

Having to force the vacuum’s air through such a small port makes this a very noisy tool.
