Buy For CNC Engraver Machine, 104W ER8 Square Brushless Air Cooled Spindle Motor 10800rpm & NBD200 24V Brushless Driver Without Hall & Clamp

CNC Spindle Kit 104W is an acronym for Computer Numerical Control. The following items are included: 1x 104w ER8 Brushless square spindle motor; 1x DBD200 Brushless motor driver; 1x Motor Suppor.

“Brushless BLDC Motor” has the following specifications: power: 104W, voltage:24V, speed: 10800 rpm, rated torque: 0.11N-m, three-phase color code: U = yellow, V = green, and W = blue; collet: ER8.

Brushless Driver NBD200- Control in both CW and CCW. Modes of speed control include 0-5V analog mode and PWM mode; the supply voltage is 24V. Minimum current requirement is 5A.

【Features-1.

1) Brushless direct current (BLDC) motor controller that is highly integrated and highly reliable. For starters, because the brush motor does not generate a spark as it does with a conventional motor, the interference from the spark to the remote control radio has been greatly reduced. 2)Controlled by a three-phase full bridge with PWM square wave drive.

【Features-2.

3) Over-current protection measures, which immediately shut down the output when the motor is overloaded and protect the motor in the shortest possible time.

4) High performance in terms of speed and anti-interference ability.

There is no brush and minimal interference. Low noise and smooth operation are key features. During work, the friction is reduced, the machine runs more smoothly, and the noise is reduced. 5) Low heat output, low maintenance costs, high power output, and long life span.

Products are packaged as follows.

I purchased this motor in order to use it in the construction of a precision drill press. I can’t really complain about the price, but there are a couple of issues you should be aware of.

For starters, the motor itself is relatively quiet (nearly silent) and has a reasonable amount of power. At 100 watts, it isn’t going to be all that powerful, but I am using it for drills ranging from 0.3mm to 3mm in diameter and length. The controller performs the functions for which it was designed. It appears to be of high quality.

The bracket that holds it in place is a piece of junk. The holes weren’t even close to being close enough to connect it to the motor. I had to do a lot of slotting holes in order to get it to fit together. Unfortunately, there is no difference in effort or time required to place the holes in the proper location versus not.
