01-08-2007, 2:00 PM #1 Alright it was only $120, but this is a very unimpressive tool, and that is real money in my book for a simple tool. The dust collection port clogs on the first cut and the bag does not inflate as there is a 1/8+ gap in the housing under the collection port. Busy scanning the “Honey do” list for tool buying opportunities.

Are biscuit jointers any good?
The DW682K proved accurate in every cut we made, with spot-on slot placement and biscuit fit. And it has a smooth plunge action. The lightest tool in the test at just under 7 pounds, it feels nicely balanced with a comfortable grip. Still, it has a few issues.
