Putting DIY woodworking projects on hold because I didn’t have any small routers was the reason. I looked on Amazon for something that wouldn’t break the bank. I found this kit, which was very similar to other kits on Amazon, but this one was 1. available, 2. had some router bits, and 3. was cheap. A: It did the job I asked it to do, but I had trouble with two things. It comes with a safety manual, which says, “Do not use in the rain” and other things. But there are no user manuals. We also had to figure out what went where and look for videos on the internet. If this is your first time using a router, we recommend that you do the same.
In order for the bit to cut at the right height, the sleeve needs to be very tight. The nut that is inside the sleeve got stripped from all the tightening and loosening to adjust. Lucky for me, it didn’t hurt my work, and I found a better-quality nut that worked with it. These things aside, I got what I paid for.
