The sander has enough power for me. The deck on the disk sander is trash. I can’t figure out how to get it to stay in place, and it moves even when I try to get it as tight as I can. The sanding disk is crooked because of it. If I haven’t already, I think it will be the same. In this case, this is not the machine for you. It doesn’t have a deck that is strong enough to sand miters on.
