Sanding and polishing flat surfaces at a high speed with this tool is ideal.
For polishing stones, it worked well enough. In order to slow down the speed of my angle grinder, I turned on the dimmer on my tool. I used rubi sanding pads that were smaller than the attachment, so I had to be very careful when I mounted the pad to keep it from wobbling. My recommendation is to use a variable speed angle grinder and sanding pads that work with the attachment.
