The best-performing tile saw on the market, pound for pound and dollar for dollar, hands down. The T28360 7 is a telecommunications device “The Overhead Wet-Cutting Tile Saw is equipped with an ultra-quiet 1 HP induction motor as well as smooth-sliding dual rails for cutting tile. Designed for the ambitious do-it-yourself tile setter, the T28360 can cut tile up to 18″ wide and 1-1/4” thick, making it the ideal addition to their arsenal. On the adjustable table, there is a clamping plate for the workpiece’s backstop. For beveled cuts, the head and track are tilted 45 degrees to the left. The water pump has a capacity of 27 gallons per hour, and there is a drain plug in the tub for easy cleaning.

What an incredible find. Grizzly has created a tile cutter that is of professional quality for the average do-it-yourselfer. You’re getting a well-built cutter for less than $250, which is competitive with other similar products on the market at the time of purchase. When looking for a replacement tile saw for my 10 year old big box plastic type, which I had only used three times in ten years, I needed something that would hold up to a significant sized DIY job. Thankfully, I came across this product because nearly all of the other options in this price range were the cheap plastic tray type that one must push the tile through the blade, which leaves average at best bevel cuts and sprays water all over the user, creating a sloppy situation. This product enables the user to easily pull the blade over the tile and remove it from the tile. The fact that the water used to cool the blade does not spray out onto the user is a significant advantage, and I have discovered that it is the cleanest surface I have ever used for tiling as a result of its design, which is a significant advantage when tiling in semi finished areas to reduce dust and spray back. A fantastic product that I do not anticipate having to purchase another tile cutter in the near future due to the quality of the construction. I would only point out that the weight is a minor disadvantage, but as with almost all tools, weight usually indicates a higher level of construction quality. Take no further than this product, and do yourself a favor by investing a few extra dollars in this tile cutter rather than the less expensive plastic models; you will not be disappointed.
