Buy 1-1/8 Inch SDS Plus Low Vibration Rotary Hammer, 3-Mode, VSR Hitachi DH28PFY

Metabo HPT has replaced Hitachi Power Tools as the company’s primary brand. The same great tools are still available; the only difference is the name.

User Vibration Protection (UVP) technology is used to reduce the amount of vibration that is transferred to the user.

Three different modes of operation are available: drilling only, hammering only, and hammer drilling, allowing for greater versatility across a wide range of applications.

A more durable hammering mechanism, similar to that found in Hitachi’s larger hammer line, has been implemented, resulting in increased durability.

By combining the power of the motor with an optimized hammering mechanism, a faster drilling speed can be achieved.

8 Amp motor that generates 2.5 ft/lbs of impact energy for powerful hammering and drilling with lightning spee.

Full-load impact rates ranging from 0-4,300 provide forcible hammering.

With three modes of operation and UVP, the DH28PFY is an SDS Plus rotary hammer with a 1-1/8″ capacity and SDS Plus technology (user vibration protection). The DH28PFY is equipped with a “D” shaped rear handle for improved control in overhead applications, as well as three different modes of operation to meet the needs of a variety of jobsite applications, including drilling, chipping, and hammer drilling. It is equipped with UVP, which makes it safer to operate by reducing felt vibration and allowing for longer exposure times to be used. It also aids in the prevention of occupational injuries such as raynaud’s syndrome. Compared to the previous model, the DH28PFY has higher amps, a larger storage capacity, a larger change lever, double-overlaid side and trigger handles, and improved internal mechanics. For drilling holes for anchors, drilling concrete for trade installations, and small chipping jobs, the DH28PFY is the best tool to have on your bench.

This is not of commercial quality. I was extremely dissatisfied for the price I paid and would not recommend it.
