If you want it all silent, get a moped exhaust silencer, they usually come in appropriate smaller diameter sizes and the longer the silnecer is, the more quiet it will be as the exhaust pulse/gas will have more time and space for the noise to absorb in to silencer, without affecting the breath of engine so bad, compared to if you go and try to silnecne the thing with small diameter pipe etc. How about a quiet vehicle and with a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic saw.
