More info about how to put a belt on a craftsman sander

I recently inherited a Craftsman Belt Sander Model No. 315.11721, and I went to use it today but realized that the belt needed changed. Only one problem, I can’t figure out how to change the belt. I wasn’t given a book with the sander, and was wondering if anyone can help me and tell me how to do it.

When I had problems getting parts for a ‘current model’ Harbor Freight band saw after two months, here’s what I did, and it worked beautifully. I asked him if there was any reason at all, why after two months of waiting for the parts, paying for them in advance, receiving post cards in the mail saying that the parts were on back order but would arrive soon, then finally receiving a ‘REFUND CHECK’ from them for those same parts, and finally telling me that the parts were no longer available, why I could not get those parts. ‘PLEASE’ don’t do that, and which parts did I need. I told him what parts, and he said for me to watch for them in the mail in 7-10 days. Every single part that I needed showed up in less than seven days, FREE of any charges, and WITHOUT any shipping charges. All one needs to know in matters such as this, is just how to get a company’s attention, just what buttons need to be pressed, and how to go about doing it. I hope everyone who reads this has learned something here, and just how powerful a tool the internet can be, if one knows how to use it, along with the proper tactics and words.
