I was extremely dissatisfied with this impact wrench. I only had it for a little over two months before it stopped working. I returned it under warranty, and they informed me that the part that had broken was not covered by the warranty. That doesn’t make any sense to me at all. After that, I attempted to return it to the seller via Amazon, but they refused to issue a refund. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with my purchase at this point. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THESE.
