The pieces of the set were delivered in a jumbled state inside the box. Three of them have carbide chips in their honed surfaces. I’ll be returning these and placing a second order instead.

Second order of business has been updated.
The second order came in with the largest piece of the puzzle loose in the box. It was successful in chipping the carbide on all four of the bits. Additionally, I’m returning this order.
The pieces are excellent value for the money, and I would order them again if the company could include something in the box (tape, foam packing, or something similar) to prevent the pieces from becoming loose during shipping. This is extremely disappointing.
