Due to the fact that the item arrived in the wrong case, everything inside was left hanging for the entire four-day journey to the post office, I deducted two stars. It was also brought to my attention that the instructions were written for a different model (with a different battery and no locking system), which makes me wonder if it had previously been used and had been transferred to a different case for personal convenience. The fact that one of the pieces arrived dirty and deteriorated lends credence to the last statement. Nonetheless, the item arrived quickly and appears to be in good working order; however, given the punishment meted out to it while on its way to the post office for what appears to be the wrong case, I am skeptical about its long-term functionality.
