All the functions of three screwdrivers and two nut drivers can be done with one adapter for a power tool. Solid body with a 1/4 hex quick connect that makes it easy to attach to any power drill, no matter what kind it is. One magnetically held standard 1 bit and one double-ended bit come with the set.

The standard 1 is used for most things “The Phillips bit is only held in place by a weak magnet. So weak that even a #8 x 1 piece of metal won’t work “If the driver shaft is held vertically, the screw will fall off because of its own weight. But that isn’t the worst part. There is also a weak magnet in this tool, which means that the bit stays in the screw head after you drive the screw and pull the driver away, which means that you lose bits and waste time. It’s even shown in Klein’s video, where the tool is being used. The user reaches in with his free hand and picks up the bit before pulling the driver away from the screw. Another way to keep the square/flat bit in place is with a ball and a detent. It’s not magnetic at all. The hex drivers are also not magnetic, and there is no way to keep screws in place.

The whole point of a multi-bit driver is that you can keep it in your tool and always have the bits you use most close by. There is a lot of time wasted looking for lost bits, which makes what should be a productivity boost turn into a big slow down in productivity.

Another type of bit holder I use has a c-ring inside the holder that fits into a small groove on one side of the bit. This can make it a little more difficult to get the bit out at times, but I’ve never lost a bit from one of these holder. To make this driver even better, Klein should add usable fasteners and make the bit retention better. For me, it’s a DO NOT BUY.
