INSTRUCTIONS.
Attach the rubber backer to the variable speed angular hand grinder with a hex wrench.
Attach the Velcro loop side of the polishing pad to the Velcro loop side of the backer so that they form a tight bond.
Check to see that the pad is centered on the backer pad before proceeding. If the polishing pad is not centered properly, it will reduce the life of the polishing pad.
WHEN IT COMES TO THE BEST RESULTS AND YOUR SAFETY.
When operating the grinder, it is recommended that you wear protective eyewear and gloves. When you are operating, you should also add a small amount of water to the surface.
I bought these to use with my homemade rock face polishing machine, which I built myself. In order to display my work, I split various types of rocks and minerals and polish them to a beautiful finish with polishing pads. They have already outlasted a number of other types of finishing products that I have used in previous projects. Shipping was incredibly fast, especially considering it was the middle of winter and I live in the heart of snow country.
