Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation is releasing a new tool called the M18 Cordless LITHIUM-ION 6inch Circular Saw. This tool is designed to be powerful and lightweight for a wide range of jobs, like plumbing, electrical, framing, finishing, and carpentry. The 2630-20 is a high-performance circular saw that delivers the most durability in a cordless saw. LVL headers are no match for its powerful 3,500 RPM motor. Magnesium upper and lower guards provides best-in-class durability to protect the blade from drops. The soft-grip handle is designed to be comfortable and stable so that you can make precise cuts. An aircraft aluminum shoe is easy to read and makes a shoe that is lightweight and durable. It also makes rip cuts more accurate. This is just a tool that doesn’t come with batteries or chargers.
The tool came in a flimsy cardboard box that was bigger than the tool itself. In this case, the only packaging material was a thin plastic bag. As a result, the blade and bracket didn’t fit into the bag, so they bounced around and scratched each other. Another surprise is that I paid for a new power tool and it didn’t come with instructions. I strongly suggest that you buy from a different seller. If I didn’t need my new tool right away, I would be giving it back. As for the quality of the tool itself, Milwaukee isn’t bad, but they’re using a lot less metal than they used to.
