Buy 5” Paddle Switch X-LOCK Angle Grinder with AFT, Makita XAG26Z 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless

You don’t need any tools to make wheel changes with X-simple LOCK’s snap-on mounting and pull-out lever for wheel changes.

The BL Brushless Motor doesn’t have carbon brushes, which makes the BL Motor run cooler and more efficiently for a longer time. It also has 8,500 RPM.

It turns off the motor if the wheel is suddenly forced to stop moving. Active Feedback-sensing Technology (AFT) is what does this.

Electric brakes stop the grinding or cutting wheel in 2 seconds or less for the best productivity possible, so you can work as quickly as possible.

Automatic Speed Change technology changes speed and torque while the machine is running to get the best results.

The Makita 18V LXT® Brushless 4-1/2″ / 5″ Paddle Switch X-LOCK Angle Grinder with AFT® is a powerful tool for grinding. It comes with the tool only (XAG26Z). The unique thing about this angle grinder is the X-LOCK Technology, which is a quick-change system that doesn’t need any tools to change the wheels of the machine. A click-mount and a lever that you pull to release the wheels make it easy to change them. The XAG26Z can be used to grind and cut a wide range of materials, such as tile, concrete, pipe, conduit, and many other types of materials.

It has a Makita-made brushless motor that gives it more power, speed, and run time. It also has a longer tool life. The BLTM Brushless Motor doesn’t use carbon brushes, which makes the motor run cooler and more efficiently for a longer time and saves money. This is called Active Feedback-Sensing Technology (AFT®). If the wheel is forced to stop, AFT® turns off the motor so it doesn’t run.

The XAG26Z also comes with a large, flush-mounted paddle switch with a two-stage lock-off that can be turned on or off. In the event that a battery is put in while the paddle switch is turned on, the anti-restart function stops the grinder from running.

It’s part of Makita’s growing 18V LXT System, which is the world’s largest cordless tool system that runs on 18V lithium-ion slide-style batteries and has more tools than any other brand. Charge times for batteries made by Makita® are the fastest in their class. This means that they spend more time working and less time waiting for the batteries to charge.

For better tool performance and longer battery life, Makita came up with Star Protection Computer ControlsTM. Star Protection is a type of communication technology that allows a Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and keep an eye on things while they’re being used to make sure they don’t get too hot, get too full, or get too low. For more versatility, the tool can also be powered by Makita 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Batteries with the star symbol on the battery. This means that the battery has Star Protection inside.

Powerful: The grinder is well made and powerful. I didn’t know when I bought it that it had a special way to attach to things. Because I usually use the Makita subcompact line of 18v tools, I don’t know what I was thinking when I bought this one. It is bigger than I thought. I like the paddle and the fact that it doesn’t have a lock on it very much. It has extra safety so that you can’t hurt yourself when you change the wheels or pick it up, for example. So, even though the x-mount system needs the right wheels to fit, it is a strong and powerful grinder. It killed a couple of sections of 2″ schedule 160 pressure pipe from the oil field with ease, and I didn’t use the cutoff wheels. I used the grinding wheel that came with the machine. The surface area in contact with the pipe was about 5/16″ thick, which is way too much for what I was doing. Besides, I wanted to know if it could do it, and I was very happy with everything except for one thing. Didn’t work: It didn’t work at all on a battery that had just been charged with 5mah. It takes a lot of power, but if you use it the right way, you can get a lot of use out of the batteries you use. In this case, it is better to get a bigger one. My 2.0mah battery only lasts for about five cuts with a 1/16 cutoff. The 5.0 battery lasts for a lot longer, though. Drip: It doesn’t drip until after 2.0 has been charged again. I hope it helps someone. That’s why I gave it a rating of three stars. To be honest: I’m trying to be honest.
