Currently, I’m working on cutting pavers and cinder block. Gravity and the saw do the heavy lifting, and the process is smooth and quick. Pay attention to the instructions and do not allow water to drain into the motor!!. As long as I pay attention, I have had no difficulties with this. I only do personal home improvement projects, so I would classify my usage as moderate. For me, a set of batteries will last for at least the first half of the day. The water feature was the most appealing feature for me, followed by the brand’s reputation for quality.. Makita. It’s fantastic!
