Okay, I’m a fan of the saw. The power is adequate; it only takes half a second to accelerate to full speed. What I don’t care for about it is the bag it comes in!. I understand what you’re saying: some bean counter in the home office calculated that they could save $1.00 by not making a tool box to transport this thing. I mean, a bag has to be less expensive, right. At the very least, you could have made the bag large enough to accommodate the saw. I tried everything I could think of to get the saw into the bag. It’s the right size, but it won’t zip all the way up. It’s extremely frustrating!. You’d think that for the price you’re paying, you’d get a bag that can actually hold the saw, as well as a few other extras. Makita has done an excellent job on this one!
