The Makita tools will not disappoint you if you are a fan. With a little work, it can be fine-tuned to zero tolerances. Do this if you need to cut the wire. It’s not a small tool. You could buy this saw at a big box store for a good price there. This saw was shipped to me (UPS) in its factory retail carton. The box took a real beating on its way to me, but the saw inside seemed to be fine.
