I love gardening, and over the last few years I’ve been doing more and more home projects. Most of my projects have used these tools.
I really want to give these 5 stars. These tools have been very useful. The batteries last a long time. Stores very well. In the two months after I bought the tool, a piece got stuck in my impact driver. I tried all the tricks I could find online to try and get it free, but they didn’t work.
My friend has let me borrow his impact driver for the last six months. It’s another makita, but this one is different.
Check out the warranty process to see if I can get the impact driver replaced or fixed. I’m going to do that now. A 5 for customer service if I can.
