Installation was a huge undertaking (which was consistent with other reviews of similar devices, though I was surprised by how inadequate the documentation could or would be). My mistake was not returning it immediately after the installation, which was a royal pain in the neck due to poor documentation.
The computer connection was never successful, and they sent a replacement board that was ineffective. The software documentation was all in Chinese, and when it was taken to a native speaker, the instructions made no sense to them as well.
I now have a jumble of parts that are, for the most part, inoperable, which I am still hoping to resolve.
