I have the makita 12v driver, and both of them work well for me. When you use these 12v drivers, you can drive in drywall screws very quickly.
This is enough power for screws. My makita 18v brushless impact driver has the power to snap drywall screws, over kill.
For the battery, I gave it 3 stars because I got the no battery, which aren’t as good in the long run.
