I’ve had a bad experience with Milwaukee tools, and some of my friends have as well, and they are extremely poor quality tools to purchase. Milwaukee and customer service from that company are truly appalling, and I will never do business with them again.
It is not enough that they do not want to know anything about you once they have sold you something and that item has been returned to them as defective. I will never buy from them again, and I will tell others not to buy from them as well. They are interested in making money off of defective products, not in providing good service.
