I ordered this to replace a Hitachi impact driver that had been stolen. It arrived quickly. The tool itself is a fantastic heavy-duty unit, and I have absolutely no complaints about it. My unit, on the other hand, arrived in a zip-top bag rather than the hard case that had been photographed with it. In order to protect the driver from damage while being transported in my truck’s toolbox, I purchased a hard case from Amazon. The unit would have received a 5 star rating if it had arrived in the case depicted in the picture. Whenever I’ve had to return something, I’ve had to return the entire shipment, according to my experience. Unfortunately, I would have been unable to function without the tool during the time it would take to exchange it.
