I received the tool from the seller in a very short period of time.
Milwaukee has received the tool and has activated the tracking information. Everything appeared to be in working order.
When I went to use the tool, I discovered that it did not operate at a slow speed (which was required for pipe diameters greater than 1-1/2”). I contacted Milwaukee customer service a total of six times. There was no response.
When I contacted the seller, they assured me that Milwaukee provided “excellent customer service” and that I should be patient. I waited a few minutes before leaving a negative review for the tool. Finally, someone from Milwaukee (William Martinez-Ortiz) got in touch with me regarding the “Bad Review. They transferred responsibility to another individual (Tonia Hosley, on May 12th), who inquired about the tool’s catalog number. I responded as soon as I could with the information, and haven’t heard anything else since. I’ve emailed her twice more in the hopes of receiving a response. Nothing.
I even sent an email to the Ortiz representative, but received no response.
In the meantime, my negative review was removed from the site.
I still have a broken “new” tool that cost $1900.
