To replace my mid 1940’s original Skillsaw, which is very heavy, I wanted a high-quality saw that had plenty of power and the blade on the left side, since I am right-handed. I found this saw online and decided to purchase it right away. Everything about this saw is excellent, including the fact that some of the air coming from the cooling fan is directed to the “upcut” of the saw blade, which keeps almost all of the sawdust out of my face. This is a very useful feature. Aside from that, it isn’t nearly as heavy as my venerable old timer, which I have retired while it is still functional.

My experience with Milwaukee tools has been excellent over the years, and I have never been disappointed.
