I used to be a big fan of Milwaukee tools. I would even buy a Milwaukee over most other great brands (Bosch) that cost less for the same tool..until I bought this one. They both didn’t even start charging when they came out of the package. None of the above. This is the second time someone has tried to “nickle and dime” you. Quality control is completely absent. ..if this is the case, Milwaukee is out of the picture. However, I’m very happy with Amazon’s refund process because it doesn’t take long.
