About 4 years ago, I used a Dewalt until it broke down because particles were getting inside.
Rust was found when I took it apart.
There were some things that made me sad. I always keep my tools clean and in the right temperature.
I can’t say that the Milwaukee will be better because I’ve only used it a few times since I got it.
But I can say this: It runs much more smoothly and quietly, and I don’t feel or see any resistance or power loss when I use it with my 48 volt hammer drill or my 9 volt screwdriver.
It also feels more stable than the Dewalt.
I’m very happy with this tool.
Over the last few years, I’ve switched out all of my Dewalt power tools for one reason or another, and instead used Milwaukee tools instead.
As of now, I haven’t had a single tool fail.
As far as I can tell, the last five years have seen a lot of changes in the Dewalt product line. I’m happy that Milwaukee has been a better replacement in every way.
When it comes to power tools, Milwaukee is the Snap-on of them all.
