Any router will be held in place by phenolic plastic, which is strong and durable.

The magnetic plate hold-down is supplied by the manufacturer.
Any router can be supported by a 3/8-inch thick phenolic router plate. Three different bit openings are provided by two removable rings: 3-7/8, 2-5/8, and 1-3/16-inch. Please keep in mind that the 1-3/16-inch opening is intended to accommodate Porter Cable style guide bushings. Routing curved work is made possible by the steel starting guide pin. The plate measures approximately 9 by 12 inches and has pre-drilled holes for table mounting. The plate is secured and leveled with the help of magnets and adjusting screws that are included. Additionally, concentric rings are included on the bottom of the plate to facilitate alignment when installing your router.
I must point out that this item is only a router plate in name. This product does not take advantage of the benefits of having a removable plate in a table in any way. When it arrived, I realized I’d been duped into thinking it would meet my expectations after all. If I had the ability to manufacture these, I would feel bad if I sold them to unsuspecting individuals. When I realized that the item was something on the same level as those fake tools you buy for a toddler, I vowed to myself that I would never buy anything like that again. I placed an order for my JessEm router lift almost immediately (within an hour) ( an amazing tool). Honestly, this plastic child-quality plate is so bad that I considered donating it, but the guilt would have been too much for me to bear.
