I’m really liking this so far. I work as an HVAC tech, and I mostly work on commercial equipment. This changes the size to power ratio, which is great. I can put it in my tool bag and always have it with me. M18 was too big for my bag, so I often left it in my truck to keep the weight down in my bag. As far as I know, it has about the same power as my old M18, the battery lasts a long time, and it feels like a good tool. The 4 modes are great. There is a lot of power in the third gear, but it’s nice to have extra torque when you need it. Can’t say how long it will last because I just bought it, but it feels like it. If you want to make a smaller, lighter impact, this is a great choice.
11/1/19: Impact still works, even though I’ve dropped and thrown the thing. It just keeps going. My favorite tool. Perio.
